RSJ’s Jackson Barrett created a value-based drafting Excel tool to create the preseason values for this Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart. The tool uses the FantasyPros consensus projections to assign values based on a 12-team, full PPR league.
Each week throughout the season, I will alter these values to reflect the player’s value for the rest of the season. I have made changes based on the FantasyPros ECR, results from the season so far, and The Wolf’s Rest of Season Rankings. But for the most part, the below values should generally reflect consensus rankings. The values provided also allow for comparing player values across positions, not just within one position group.

Before going over player values, let’s take a look at the biggest changes to the trade value chart and some potential trade targets.
RISER
Bills rookie TE Dalton Kincaid continues to dominate in the absence of Dawson Knox.
Buffalo has heavily utilized TEs with Josh Allen under center. Kincaid is the first TE that has been a true threat as a receiver and Allen is making the most of it.
Kincaid has moved into the number two role in Buffalo which will be incredibly valuable for fantasy. It will be interesting to see this connection develop in the coming weeks. Even with the production for Kincaid, he is a top-5 TE.
FALLER
Another week is in the books and another top tight end has their season derailed by injury. Last week it was Darren Waller and Week 9 claimed Dallas Goedert.
This is highly disappointing considering Goedert was one of the more reliable TEs and we are heading into the home stretch of the fantasy season.
Goedert’s rest of season outlook will be heavily dictated by whether or not he hits IR. A trip to the IR means that his fantasy season is as good as over. Goedert would not be able to return until Round 1 of the fantasy playoffs (Week 15) and would be difficult to start at that time.
Keep an eye on Goedert’s status. If he heads to IR, it’s time to look elsewhere for your roster, especially if you are a playoff team.
TRADE TARGET
The least talked about part of the revamped Houston passing attack is Dalton Schultz.
Since Week 4, only Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce have ranked higher than Schultz in points per game. Elite company to be in.
A lot of this has to do with Schultz’s role in scoring situations. The former Cowboy ranks first in end zone targets among TEs since Week 4. This has resulted in four TDs in these five games.
Touchdowns have proven to be flukey. However, CJ Stroud seems to be commanding a more than capable offense in Houston. This will give Schultz and others plenty of chances to score. Given the focus on Schultz in the red zone, I expect him to have several more scores this season and deliver solid fantasy performances.
