The Fantasy Football
Coaching Carousel (Part 1)

The 2018 Fantasy Football Coaching Carousel:

With 12 new HC’s or OC’s calling plays in 2018, the Coaching Carousel has been spinning at record speed this offseason.

And, as Todd Gurley and the LA Rams made clear last season, knowing what each new coach brings to the table is absolutely essential (unless you don’t care about 881 more yards and 13 more TDs on just 22 additional touches).

Unfortunately, very few — if any — fantasy football sites analyze these coaching changes, at least not with the depth of analysis they deserve.

That is… until now.

The Roto Street Journal is incredibly proud to present the first-ever (FREE) Fantasy Football Coaching Carousel: The Most Comprehensive Guide to 2018’s New Offenses.

While the guide features over 100 pages of Schematics, OTA Breakdowns, Past Player Production and Trends, and Future Predictions and Team Previews, we can only fit just a little taste into the FFBDPod; a tasty little appetizer before the main course guide.

In Part 1, we begin by discussing the four new play-calling HC’s (Matt Nagy, Pat Shurmur, Jon Gruden and Frank Reich) plus new Cleveland OC Todd Haley.  To reign The Wolf in, The Truth gives him 2 total minutes per coach: 1 minute to break down their scheme and philosophies, and 1 minute to pick the one player who’ll be most impacted in 2018. This segment features can’t miss takes on all the new schemes, plus how Saquon Barkley, Tarik Cohen, Amari Cooper, Andrew Luck, and Josh Gordon all stand to benefit immensely.

With lots of news breaking on Rookie RBs and their potential to steal starting roles, The Wolf and Truth also bring up the Rookie Radar. What’s the latest on Derrius Guice, Nick Chubb, and Royce Freeman, and what does it mean for you fantasy owners? (Plus, why does The Truth decide to unleash hell on whoever ESPN’s Pat McManamon is?)

If you haven’t paid any attention to the new hires, this Episode, and our Coaching Carousel Guide, are actual Godsends. Make sure to tune in to one of our best shows ever, and let us know your thoughts below!
