FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 14 WAIVER WIRE PICKUPS

10.) Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, WR Tennessee Titans (17%)

I honestly couldn’t believe this stat until I saw it with my own eyes, but Titans WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has scored eight touchdowns in his last eight games. He’s getting little to no attention, but the man with maybe the longest name in fantasy just continues to score week in and week out. He’s playing an elite amount of snaps while getting average target numbers, usually in the 4-6 range. Overall, he is certainly capitalizing on these targets.

9.) Aidan O’Connell, QB Las Vegas Raiders (2%)

After missing the previous month due to injury, Aidan O’Connell returned to the Raiders offense and nearly led them to victory in Kansas City over the Chiefs. With little to no running game, O’Connell threw for 340 yards and two scores against one of the league’s better defenses. This was a great sign for AOC and a Raiders offense that had struggled for some time under Gardner Minshew and Desmond Ridder.

8.) Will Levis, QB Tennessee Titans (12%)

For as bad as the Titans have looked, Will Levis keeps airing it out for the offense and putting up respectable numbers. We know he has a cannon for an arm, and he is showing that off with multiple deep-ball touchdown passes. As we also pointed out last week, Levis has an extremely favorable fantasy schedule for QBs, meaning he’ll be able to keep slinging it around against these bad secondaries.

7.) Ray Davis, RB Buffalo Bills (17%)

Another handcuff that’s been featured in this article time and time again. Ray Davis has the talent to be a starting RB; he’s just currently stuck behind the talented James Cook in Buffalo. Davis handled 11 carries Sunday night, turning that into 63 yards and a score, which is good for 5.73 yards per carry. With handcuffs, the value comes from an increased workload, likely from injury or the starter fumbling, falling off a cliff, etc. Davis is a solid stash on the bench that could turn into a league winner in the right setting.

6.) Zach Charbonnet, RB Seattle Seahawks (40%)

His usage is limited, but Zach Charbonnet offers immense upside as one of the top handcuffs in fantasy. Charbonnet occasionally turns his few touches into scores or salvageable days for those in need of a desperate flex play or RB2. Seattle will continue to push for a playoff spot, and use Charbonnet at a 30-40% snap share in these games.

5.) Parker Washington, WR Jacksonville Jaguars (1%)

The Jaguars are taking on a slew of injuries at the moment between their receivers and now starting QB Trevor Lawrence after that nasty hit to the head. It would be no surprise to see him sit for the remainder of the year, but receiver Parker Washington showed some good chemistry with backup Mac Jones on Sunday. The passing attack will likely go through Brian Thomas and Evan Engram first, but Washington will get plenty of targets for a team that’s often behind on the scoreboard.

4.) Zach Ertz, TE Washington Commanders (49%)

His time on this list is likely nearing an end, but Zach Ertz continues to put out reliable numbers at the tight end position. An offense that flourishes under Jayden Daniels, Ertz continues to be a red zone weapon with a nose for the end zone. As this passing attack stays hot and Daniels gets healthier from his rib injury, the sky is the limit for Commanders passing options.

3.) Russell Wilson, QB Pittsburgh Steelers (35%)

Who knew Russell Wilson still had this much gas left in the tank? He blew right past the 300-yard mark and threw for a season-high 414 yards and three scores in a rivalry game versus the Bengals. It certainly helps that he was facing a very bad Bengals defense, but he took advantage of the situation. Wilson has opened up the Steelers passing attack and lifted the offense to another level.

2.) Adam Thielen, WR Carolina Panthers (31%)

After riding Andy Dalton’s coattails from the bench for a few weeks, Bryce Young was reinserted into the starting lineup and looked like a totally different quarterback. Young’s ascendance also aligns with Adam Thielen’s return from injury. Thielen’s 8-99-1 line on ten targets flashed his stellar performance from last season when he consistently put up WR1-type numbers.

1.) Isaac Guerendo, RB San Francisco 49ers (6%)

The ultimate FAAB buster, the Moby Dick of the Waiver Wire. Isaac Guerendo is the wet dream for fantasy managers looking to make a late-season push to a championship. A true league winner, he’s simply the guy you spend all your remaining FAAB budget on. Both Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason have been placed on IR, meaning Guerendo will be the bell cow in a run-heavy 49ers offense. In Guerendo’s lone game with over 60% of snaps, he finished with 17 fantasy points on a 14-85-1 rushing stat line.
