After putting up a disgraceful fantasy performance on Sunday against one of the most pathetic defenses in the league, Bears WR Alshon Jeffery — who’s in a contract season — has been suspended four games for violating the NFL’s PED policy.

When Jay Cutler returned Week 8, Jeffery reached the end zone for the first time this season against the Vikings and it looked like he was returning to his old form. We were extremely high on Jeffery to perform admirably in the second half, with a very favorable schedule looming. Instead, he put up 8.70 PPR points against the Bucs and is now suspended for the remainder of the fantasy season.
With Jeffery now having a four game suspension under his belt, he might have lost himself some cash for next season. Jeffery concludes his disappointing fantasy season with 40 receptions, 630 yards and a touchdown on 72 targets, which was good for 112 PPR points.
