NFL Week 12 Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart (2021): Running Back Risers, Fallers, Injury Notes

This trade value chart probably looks different than other charts you’re used to seeing. Most other analysts take their rest of the season rankings, apply arbitrary numbers to each player based on rank order, and call it a day.

I used a value-based drafting Excel tool to create the initial pre-Week 1 values for this chart. Since then, I have made changes based on the results from the first three weeks, FantasyPros Rest of the Season ECR, The Wolf’s Rest of Season Rankings, and my expected fantasy points analysis (updated every Wednesday).

All values are based on a 12 team league with full-PPR scoring. Click the links below to see values for other positions.

WEEK 11 RB RISERS, FALLERS, AND INJURY NOTES

For a more detailed injury breakdown, check out CJay’s Trainer’s Room article that comes out later in the week. I am writing this on Monday night and tried to take the following injuries into account, but stay tuned for updates throughout the week. Injury data is primarily sourced from The Fantasy Doctors and ProFootballDoc.

  • Alvin Kamara is currently the highest-profile running back with current injury concerns. He could potentially return this week from a knee injury. Monitor his practice reps. I wouldn’t panic, but he is slightly downgraded due to injury.
  • Michael Carter suffered a mild high-ankle sprain and likely will miss 2-3 weeks. His value has decreased due to injury.
  • Ezekiel Elliott potentially sprained his ankle on an awkward tackle last week but stayed in the game and appears to be okay. Monitor practice reports, but the Cowboys play on Thanksgiving, so you should have plenty of notice to make lineup decisions.
  • Jonathan Taylor was already high in the chart, but his incredible five TD performance in Week 11 lands him on the risers list. Austin Ekeler and D’Andre Swift join him.
