Kerryon Johnson’s Fantasy Season is Over, What do the Lions do From Here?

There are three guarantees in life: Death, taxes and Kerryon Johnson being injured.

Left shoulder, right shoulder, MCL, thumb, ribs, hamstring, ankle, shoulder, left knee, and right knee… OH MY! What is this list you ask? Oh, nothing. It’s just 22 year old Kerryon Johnson’s injury history since he played high school football.

It’s not easy to “predict injuries,” but his lengthy injury history is mostly what The Wolf was betting on during his steak dinner wager against @Draftroompod (see video).

Kerryon Johnson or Derrick Henry | 2019 Fantasy Football Debate

Anyways, we aren’t here to pile on poor Sami of the @Draftroompod… Wolf will have his medium-rare, btw.

So, what do we do from here? Ty Johnson seems like the logical choice to replace Kerryon for the quick band-aid fix. But, known idiot and committee man Matt Patricia will look to add another plodder to the Ty Johnson-JD McKissic puke backfield, right? If I were a betting man, and I am, I would place a decent wager on them bringing back CJ ‘Bowling Ball’ Anderson. If it’s not thiccccums, then it could be Wolf’s favorite, Jay Ajayi, or even someone more enticing like Kenyan Drake. *eyes emoji*

It’s going to be a war to grab Johnson on the Week 8 Waiver Wire, but if you don’t feel like breaking the bank on him, throw out a claim on Ajayi and maybe he’ll land in this backfield.
