Updated Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings -Saturday, 9/26
Jadarian Price is off the injury report and a “full go” for Sunday. He is my RB25 in a strong match-up, although he does seem quite stuck in “between-the-20s” purgatory. Meanwhile, Emanuel Wilson plummets. He still looks like the preferred GL option, and could still get in for a TD plunge, but that’s a tough bet.
Coach Mike Macdonald says RB Jadarian Price responded well this week to his shoulder issue at Arizona last weekend, got “a ton of reps” in practices this week. Ready to be in the #Seahawks offense full go Sunday at Washington.
— Gregg Bell (@gbellseattle) September 25, 2026
Jonah Coleman will NOT play in Week 3 due to an ankle injury. Meanwhile, both JK Dobbins and RJ Harvey are expected to play. Hopefully you didn’t burn your FAAB on Coleman! Both Dobbins and Harvey are low-end RB2s at best, but the removal of Coleman gives them a slightly better path.
Broncos ruled out RB Jonah Coleman for Sunday night’s game vs. Rams due to his ankle injury.

RBs J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey are off the injury report and good to go vs. the Rams. pic.twitter.com/N9V3Ub7afa
Brock Bowers is listed as QUESTIONABLE. He did not practice Friday, but that was reportedly “part of the team’s plans.” I trust absolutely NOTHING that comes out of Klint Kubiak‘s mouth, so this is a wait-and-see. Michael Mayer is an easy stash-and-pivot with this game coming at 4:25pm, but I prefer Terrance Ferguson for Sunday Night Football if he’s available:
#Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee) and EDGE Kwity Paye (illness) are questionable to play on Sunday vs. New Orleans.
— Ryan McFadden (@ryanmcfadden_) September 25, 2026
Bowers missed practice today, which was apart of the team’s plan, said HC Klint Kubiak.
Rico Dowdle (toe) is OUT, Jaylen Warren (shoulder) is QUESTIONABLE, but seems to be trending the right way. The matchup is ripe vs. the Bengals, so Warren is a high-end RB2 if he plays. If both sits, Navy standout Eli Heidenreich is third on the depth chart. He has tremendous receiving chops and legitimately would be a flier should both RBs sit.
Steelers ruled out RB Rico Dowdle for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals due to his toe injury.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) September 25, 2026
RB Jaylen Warren is questionable for Sunday due ti his shoulder injury.
Aaron Jones has returned to practice, but is trending towards playing. However, some beats expect Jones will have a more “limited role” compared to last week. It sounds like Jerome Ford (and not Demond Claiborne) is the favorite for elevated work. Ultimately, Jones falls a few spots, while I won’t be trusting any other RBs from Minnesota.
Although @DWolfsonKSTP sees Aaron Jones “fighting through” his soreness to play on Sunday, he believes Jones will have a “limited role” compared to last week, via @SKORNorth. He said Jerome Ford may play more than people think:

Adonai Mitchell now has a finger issue. Jets coach Aaron Glenn said Mitchell got his finger caught in a jersey on Thursday, but he shared no further details. ESPN’s Rich Cimini reported that there is “some concern” regarding the injury, and Mitchell was seen practicing with some sort of all-encompassing wrap around his hand, index finger and middle finger. While Mitchell projected to be an intriguing Week 3 streamer, this injury has him more questionable, as his hands already weren’t great. Kenyon Sadiq should see more looks and is an intriguing add right now:

Puka Nacua is officially DOUBTFUL, and Sean McVay cited Week 4 vs. the Eagles as a likely return date. While the Broncos defense will assuredly be stiffer than the Giants, both Davante Adams and Terrance Ferguson get massive bumps. Adams should be viewed as a Top-10 WR, while Ferguson is a great Dallas Goedert replacement plan & TE streamer in general.
Sean McVay believes that, barring a setback, Puka Nacua could return next week vs. the Eagles. https://t.co/sMbD1gKpFv

Other News & Notes to monitor:
- As expected, Jayden Daniels and Nico Collins are OUT for Week 3.
- Caleb Douglas is also OUT as expected. Chris Bell is off the injury report, and will get his chance to how he belongs. If I had to pick a Miami WR though, it’s Malik Washington. Hopefully, no one needs any WRs from this abysmal offense though.
- Sam Darnold is “good to go” and in a great spot vs. Washington. I prefer Jameis Winston, but Darnold warrants 2QB / SuperFlex consideration.
Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings – Quarterback Changes (9/24):

At Quarterback, Jaxson Dart has been removed. Jameis Winston looked AWFUL on Monday Night Football, but we’ve seen him post monstrous fantasy totals before (including 366 yards last year vs. Detroit). He’s a very viable streamer now with a full week to prepare as the starter.
Michael Penix is IN, which should help all the Falcons, none more than Drake London, who averaged 19.8 FPPG with Penix at QB. Kyle Pitts is much more viable, though I’d bench for now while we wait for him to get back on track.
Drake London owners rejoice! He averages nearly 20 FPPG (19.8) with Michael Penix at QB

Kyler Murray will start for the Vikings against the Bucs. He drips in fantasy upside, but I’d rather wait-and-see where I can.
Vikings HC Kevin O’Connell said Kyler Murray has cleared concussion protocol and will start Sunday versus Tampa Bay. pic.twitter.com/p9Q7re8Beb

Sam Darnold seems on track to play this week versus a highly-burnable Commanders secondary.
Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings – Running Back Changes (9/24):

Chuba Hubbard gets a healthy bump up with Jonathan Brooks officially on the IR. We’ve seen Canales ride Hubbard for 30+ touches and 80%+ snaps in this situations before, and the Panthers should have plenty of clock to bleed vs. the Browns.
Jonah Coleman falls in the rankings with an ankle injury of his own, as well as with the return of both other RBs. JK Dobbins seems to be “good to go” at this point and RJ Harvey was also back in practice:
J.K. Dobbins (hip), RJ Harvey (hamstring), Jonah Coleman (ankle) seen participating in practice Thursday.
— Underdog NFL (@UnderdogNFL) September 24, 2026
Aaron Jones missed Wednesday practice, but returned on Thursday. He is trending towards playing, and was an absolute Bell Cow up until his own knee injury.
Emanuel Wilson would be the presumed lead carrier if Jadarian Price misses time, but Price’s injury reportedly isn’t too serious. I have it ranked as if Price is out, but will adjust him, Wilson, and Holani if Price plays.
Mike Macdonald reiterates that Jadarian Price has shoulder injury "we will monitor throughout the week," but #Seahawks don't expect it to be a long-term issue.
— Corbin K. Smith (@CorbinSmithNFL) September 21, 2026
Saquon Barkley is expected to play after his stinger.
Saquon Barkley (stinger) is out here at practice suited up. We’ll see how much the #Eagles RB participates when the injury report is released later today.
— Jeff McLane (@Jeff_McLane) September 24, 2026
But I was told he expects to play Sunday vs. the Bears.
Rico Dowdle has not practiced yet this week with a toe injury. Jaylen Warren is a high-end RB2 this week:
Rico Dowdle (toe) doesn't practice again Thursday.

Week 3 Fantasy Football Rankings Wide Receiver and Tight End News (9/24)

Puka Nacua reportedly is “not making great progress” and seems to be trending towards another missed game in Week 3. Davante Adams ERUPTED vs. the Giants, but faces a much stiffer test in the Broncos this week. Still, Adams needs to be treated as a Top-10 Week 3 asset without Puka. Terrance Ferguson also was the clear-cut No.2 pass-catcher, and gets a healthy bump up sans Puka.
Sean McVay when asked about the status of Puka Nacua (hip) for Week 3:
— Underdog NFL (@UnderdogNFL) September 24, 2026
"We’ll see … He’s not making great progress."pic.twitter.com/Jn4edJQ62e
Zay Flowers still has not returned to Ravens practice this week, despite getting in a limited session last Friday. He seems to be trending towards another missed game. Rashod Bateman posted 18 FPs (WR10) as the lead guy last week, and now gets a burnable Cowboys secondary. I have him at WR27 (+13 ECR)
Commanders WRs Stefon Diggs and Terry McLaurin become even riskier bets with Marcus Mariota at QB. They are both avoids-if-you-can vs. the Seahawks secondary.
Caleb Douglas is trending towards not playing. Malik Washington is the clear WR1 here and rises 7 spots.
DJ Moore has not practiced this week. I have these ranks assuming he is OUT.
Mason Taylor is trending towards sitting out this week vs. Detroit, paving the path for Kenyon Sadiq to have a major role elevation. This is the perfect spot for a breakout game, and I’ve bumped him up considerably.
