Andy Isabella Carving Out Fantasy Role in Cardinals’ Air Raid

ZooMass' own, Andy Isabella, is starting to make his mark as a rookie in the Cardinals' explosive offense.

Andy Isabella hasn’t particularly dazzled thus far as a rookie, but one can sense it’s coming… and it’s coming soon. Isabella played little-to-no snaps all season until Week 9, when he caught a 88-yard bomb from Kyler Murray and roasted the 49ers defense for a score. He then followed that up with three grabs on three targets for 78 yards in Week 11 against the Bucs. Wow, CJay. He has four grabs? That’s neat. Well actually, it’s not the numbers that pop off the page, it’s the opportunity. In the last three weeks, the ZooMass alum ran one route in Week 8, 10 routes in Week 9, and 19 routes last week.

His time is coming… just wait.

The talented speedster from WR U doesn’t have a great matchup this week against the same Niners that he flew by two weeks ago, but faces the Rams in Week 13, followed by the Steelers, Browns, and then the Seahawks.

The thing about the Air Raid though, is that they can utilize Isabella’s speed and quickness on quick hitters and let him make plays after the catch. With Christian Kirk, Larry Fitzgerald and a mix of either David Johnson or Kenyan Drake getting a ton of looks from Kyler, Isabella should be able to feast the lesser defensive backs that will cover him.

Stash him this week or next and see what happens.
