Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart Week 12

Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart
Championships are won with trades.

Each week throughout the season, these values will be altered to reflect the player’s value for the rest of the season. Changes made to player’s value will be based on FantasyPros Rest of Season ECR, results from the season thus far, and The Wolf’s Rest of Season Rankings. But for the most part, the below values should generally reflect consensus rankings. The values provided also allow for comparing player values across positions, not just within one positional group.

For more information on how to make successful deals, check out our strategies for negotiating trades.

Be sure to tune back each week throughout the season. We’ll be adjusting the chart, discussing risers & fallers, and pinpointing trade targets.

The trade value chart for each position is linked below.

Fantasy Football Week 12 Trade Value Chart: Quarterbacks

Quarterback Riser

Bo Nix entered the league with plenty of questions surrounding his ability to transition to the NFL. People wondered if he was worthy of an early first-round pick and whether he’d be able to carry the Broncos into the future. Well, Nix is well on his way to proving the doubters wrong, leading Denver to a 6-5 record following a statement win over the Falcons.

Nix hasn’t just been leading the Broncos to wins, he’s also producing in fantasy. Nix is now the per-game QB9 and the QB7 overall. He now has five QB1 finishes on the year, including two top-5 performances in the last month.

What’s most encouraging to see is that Nix has really come on as a passer in recent weeks. Early in the year, Nix’s path to fantasy success was through lofty rushing yardage totals or a touchdown on the ground. Nix has now thrown for multiple touchdowns in three of his last four games and set a career-high with 307 passing yards. Nix is slowly but surely solidifying himself as a top-12 fantasy quarterback

Quarterback Faller

Jayden Daniels isn’t falling in the overall quarterback rankings, but his trade value has taken a significant hit in recent weeks. Simply put, Daniels has not been an elite quarterback in the last month and a half.

This certainly could have something to do with Daniels’ rib injury and a string of difficult matchups, but it’s concerning to say the least. Thankfully, this isn’t a full-blown panic situation just yet.

Quarterback Trade Target

Our trade target also happens to be our riser, Bo Nix. In the final weeks before the fantasy trade deadline, fantasy managers who are locked in for the playoffs should be optimizing their team for Weeks 14-17.

For those who don’t have a weekly starter at quarterback, Nix can be your guy during your playoff run. The Broncos take on the Colts, Chargers, and Bengals throughout the fantasy playoffs. Indianapolis and Cincinnati are premium matchups for Nix as both of these teams rank inside the top 10 of fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks.

The fact that Nix has proven to be able to get it done with his arm and his legs makes him an incredibly appealing fantasy option. With multiple high-end matchups throughout the playoffs, Nix can carry teams to fantasy championships.
