Bo Scarbrough Rumbles Again as Lions Workhorse Fantasy Running Back

Matt Patricia handed over the keys to Bo Scarbrough and he took advantage of the opportunity.

Admittedly, I wasn’t drinking the Bo Scarbrough Kool-Aid after his Week 11 performance. Matt Patricia is too much of a dink and loves committees too much to just hand over the backfield to a guy who’s done next to nothing in the league. However, with Matt Stafford likely done for the season and the Lions racking up the L’s, it looks like they’re going to ride Scarbrough until his wheels fall off. In return, he was the lone bright spot of the Lions’ Week 12 offense, rumbling for 98 yards on 18 carries — a 5.4 yard per carry average.

Luckily for over half the leagues out there, 57 percent to be exact, Scarbrough is still waiting on the waiver wire to be picked up. Unfortunately, his schedule starts to get tougher after a Thanksgiving matchup against the Bears surprisingly leaky defense. Scarbrough gets the Vikings (28th), Bucs (31st), and Broncos (21st) to finish out the fantasy season.

Will you take the gamble if he’s available this week?
