Marlon Mack almost made our guy Ian Hartitz look like a genius again when he exited the game with 109 yards and a touchdown. However, it looks like Mack could be on the shelf for the remainder of the fantasy season after fracturing his hand. Frank Reich said it’s “not thought to be season-ending,” which doesn’t sound too positive, especially with the fantasy season ending a week earlier than the regular season.
Anyways, in his absence, Jonathan Williams (6% owned) filled in admirably. The third-year journeyman racked up 116 yards on only 13 carries, highlighted by an explosive 48 yard scamper. Williams looked very solid as the team’s bell-cow, but the ever annoying Jordan Wilkins (1%) was out of the lineup with an ankle injury. It shouldn’t surprise anyone when Reich deploys the both Williams and Wilkins as early down backs on Thursday night, followed by the reliable Nyheim Hines (17%) as the pass-catching back.
Reich: Jonathan Williams and Jordan Wilkins will share workload, as well as Nyheim Hines.

Overall, I wouldn’t go blowing my FAAB load on Williams or Wilkins, although I would potentially lean Hines if I were in a PPR bind since he has the clearest role of the three. But don’t forget Reich is cut from the Doug Pederson cloth, meaning he’ll be more than fine with a fantasy ruining committee.
