Injuries are a part of the game, but for fantasy football, they’re a major part of the game. One player gets hurt and your whole roster could crumble if you don’t have a backup plan. We’re here to update you on the most fantasy-relevant injuries and how their team plans to move forward.
#Bills QB Tyrod Taylor, who suffered a knee injury, was just carted off with a towel over his face.

#Bills QB Tyrod Taylor will have tests on his knee, but he has told people close to him that he’s going to be OK. Believed to have avoided major injury.

The Bills’ pathetic dreams came true when Nathan Peterman was forced to enter the game after Tyrod Taylor was carted off with a knee injury. Taylor got his ass kicked by the Patriots defense throughout the afternoon and finally left the game in the third quarter. Although Taylor may have avoided serious injury, it’s likely that Peterman will ride out the final few weeks at quarterback and Tygod’s last memory in Buffalo will be riding off in a cart. Peterman didn’t throw any interceptions against the Patriots, but finished the afternoon 6-of-15, lol. With Peterman under center, LeSean McCoy is the only viable option in that dumpster fire of an offense.
Cold Tub:
- Matthew Stafford left the game with four minutes remaining after Terrelle Suggs stepped on his throwing hand. X-Rays were negative as he only suffered a bruised hand.
- Texans TE CJ Fiedorowicz, who has a vast history of getting his bell rung, is in concussion protocol. No bueno.
- Bruce Ellington left the game with a hamstring injury and did not return
- Lockdown corner Jimmy Smith is done for the year with a ruptured Achilles, which is a big hit for the Ravens defense
