2016 Fantasy Football PPR Rankings: Week 8 Tight Ends

Gronk (obviously) headlines the list.

Bye Week hell is upon us, which is doubly concerning when it’s win or go home for many fantasy owners. No one wants their lone source of excitement and joy stripped from their life, so make sure you lock up a win with the best PPR rankings in the business.

Tier 1 – Potential Top Scorer

1. Rob Gronkowski (NE) @ BUF

2. Jordan Reed (WAS) @ CIN QUESTIONABLE – He has practiced all week, and all signs point to a return in London. He’s the one elite tight end talent with a solid matchup as well, making him a sneaky daily target.

3. Jimmy Graham (SEA) @ NO

Tier 2 – TE1 Options

4. Greg Olsen (CAR) vs. ARI

5.  Delanie Walker (TEN) vs. JAC

6. Travis Kelce (KC) @ IND

7. Gary Barnidge (CLE) – All signs point to his boy Josh McCown returning as the starter, which is huge for Barnidge’s ceiling. We could see a vintage 100 yard, 1 TD effort against a hapless Jets defense that is easily bottom 10 against the position.

8. Kyle Rudolph (MIN) @ CHI

9. Tyler Eifert (CIN) vs. WAS

10. Jack “Beanstalk” Doyle (IND) vs. KC

11. Martellus Bennett (NE) @ BUF

Tier 3 – TE2s you can start

12. C.J. Fiedorowicz (HOU)  vs. DET – Couldn’t say his name if you paid me a $1,000,000, but I can point out he’s topped double digit PPR points in three of the past four, including two TDs in that span. The Lions bleed TDs to TEs, making this giant white goon actually viable.

13. Cameron Brate (TB) vs. OAK

14.  Julius Thomas (JAC) @ TEN

15. Coby Fleener (NO) vs. SEA

16. Hunter Henry (SD) @ DEN – Banged up and facing a tough secondary, Henry will be tough to trust

17. Eric Ebron (Det) @ HOU

18. Zach Ertz (PHI) @DAL

19. Zach Miller (CHI) vs. MIN

Tier 4 – Wake me up inside (I can’t wake up)

20. Jason Witten (DAL) vs. PHI

21. Charles Clay (BUF) vs. NE

22. Jacob Tamme (ATL) vs. GB

23. Antonio Gates (SD) @ DEN

24. Richard Rodgers (GB) @ ATL

25. Jermaine Gresham (ARI) @ CAR – Shocker special!
