Here’s my 2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart, based on 12-team, Superflex, PPR/TE Premium formats. Use the buttons below to jump to each position and start planning your next big trade as 2025 NFL Training Camp kicks off.
The market from league to league is not the same across the board, however, this Trade Value chart will provide a great starting point when trying to upgrade your dynasty roster, whether you are looking to compete now, or start a rebuild. Again, these values are not a blanket statement and not everyone will buy/sell these players at this value. But generally, this is a good starting point, and this is what I would be looking for in return if I was buying/selling. Explanations for each column are below.
If you would like to a take a look at what my Trade Value Charts were as of last year at this time, the link can be found HERE. Last year, I had Jordan Love and Bryce Young as a buy, and most people would probably be happy with acquiring those players. I also had Kirk Cousins and Will Levis as buys — holy airball.

KEY:
TRADE VALUE TIER
This column provides a starting market value for each player in terms of 2026 rookie draft picks. Tier values can be combined to mix and match assets to create a package deal.
Value-wise, a player worth three first-round picks would essentially be equal value to an individual worth two first-round picks plus a player worth one first-round pick. For example, Lamar Jackson is roughly equivalent value to Justin Herbert + JJ McCarthy.
Now, I’m not saying to go offer those pieces for Lamar Jackson and expect to get exactly what you want. It’s also going to depend on the team dynamic, is the team a contender or in a rebuild, what does the depth look like at their position. It’s not a guaranteed science, but these rankings at least get the conversation started.
Some of the big movers from last year’s charts are Anthony Richardson and Bo Nix. Anthony Richardson has been pretty disappointing in his NFL career so far. The athleticism is there and when he plays, he generally puts up decent fantasy points. But the ability for him to stay on the field because of his actual quarterback play and some injuries are the key pieces to his drop off.
Bo Nix had a pretty good start to his NFL career last year. I’m interested to see if there is any sophomore slump this year, or does he take the next step in Sean Payton’s offense and solidify himself as a solid QB1. Nix played very good against bad defenses, and played okay against good defenses, leading to a lot of inconsistency week to week. I’m excited to see what he can do this year.
RANK
This represents the positional rank for each player. This chart is created and sorted by dynasty value. Therefore, there is no real relevance to the rank column other than sorting them in order.
BUY/SELL
This column highlights players I consider a buy/sell at their associated market value. As mentioned above, each league has a different market value but this chart will provide a good starting point when searching for potential trade partners and discussing packages.
I have Baker Mayfield and Trevor Lawrence listed as a sell currently. A lot of people like Baker and think he can continue to produce as he has in the past two years. I personally do not see it. He’s 30 years old, and these last two years have been extremely good outlier years in his favor. With a new OC this year, accompanied by an aging Mike Evans and (an injured) Chris Godwin, I’m hesitant to put a lot of faith in Baker. I see a significant regression to the mean with Baker this year and would look to move away from him if I could. I would potentially target a younger guy, such as Cam Ward, JJ McCarthy, Michael Penix, or Bryce Young.
Trevor Lawrence is also a question mark. Only playing half the season last year due to injury, and the quality of play he gave over the first half, left a sour taste in a lot of people’s mouths. He’s only 25 and was once a highly touted asset; he certainly has the potential to turn it around. But I’ll try to get anything I can at this point.
As for the buys on this list, I like Michael Penix, Bryce Young, Jalen Milroe, and Shedeur Sanders. Yes – I’m buying Shedeur at this price. I think this could be one of those times where everyone will look back and think, “How and why did Shedeur fall so much?!”
Michael Penix and Bryce Young may be tough to buy at this price, but it is the price I would be willing to start at. Depending on the landscape of your or your league mates’ team, it’s certainly a possibility. Granted – I did say Bryce Young was a buy last year as well when the belief in him was much lower than it is now.
That was too cold, Bryce.@_bryce_young @StephenCurry30 pic.twitter.com/EZwArdAj1L

Jalen Milroe, I think, is a buy just for the chance that Sam Darnold is not that good, and Milroe may come in and be a spark and something different in that Seahawks offense. Milroe is similar to Jalen Hurts and Anthony Richardson when they were first starting their careers. Pretty raw at the actual QB position but there is a lot of potential. I’m trying to roster Milroe on a lot of my teams.
As for anything else on this chart, I will be on Reddit defending/discussing any questions or comments you have. So, if you disagree on anything, lets chat!
