Betting Den Podcast: NFL Week 11 BEST Bets & Player Props to HAMMER (S1: E11)

STRAIGHT BETS

TNF

  1. Packers -2.5 vs. Titans (45% of public)

Packers were mediocre through nine weeks but seemingly found something in Christian Watson that opened up their offense. Plus, we’re going to fade the public in Primetime.

Sunday

  1. Texans +3.5 vs. Commanders (37% of public)

Commanders have an opportunity for a huge letdown spot after ending the Eagles’ undefeated season.

  1. HAMMER PLAY: Giants -2.5 vs. Lions (58% of public)

The Lions won their last two games because of brutal turnovers late game by their opponent. The Giants are sixth in the NFL in turnover differential so expect a clean game on that front. The Giants are the better team here and should easily win this game by a field goal.

  1. SCARY SELECTION: Jets +3.5 @ Patriots (47% of public)

The Jets lost 24-19 at home to the patriots a few weeks ago and Zach Wilson looked downright pathetic in that game. I don’t see him performing nearly as poorly and the Jets only lost that game by 5.

  1. Steelers +5.5 vs. Bengals (47% of public)

The Bengals are coming off of the bye and the last time we saw them, it was the Joe Mixon show. The Steelers are a different team at home and they have TJ Watt back. The Bengals’ offensive line still has issues and the Steelers should be able to make Burrow uncomfortable.

SNF

  1. Chiefs -6.5 @ Chargers (47% of public)

The Chiefs look elite with all their weapons on the outside. Tyreke is an afterthought in Kansas City right now. The Chargers’ defense can’t keep up with Mahomes. Plus, we fade the public again in Primetime.

MNF

  1. Cardinals +8.5 vs. 49ers (40% of public)

The Niners somehow screwed us last week despite dominating every aspect of that game. Arizona may keep Kyler out, but Colt McCoy did not look dysfunctional running the offense.

Parlays

Easy Money Lay: Ravens, Bills, Chiefs (-102)

Hungry Dogs Lay: Colts, Rams Texans (+2101)

Same Game Parlays: 3-0 last week

Giants +6.5 and over 40.5 (-115)

We have the Giants to cover this so we’re gonna take the Giants with a boost. The over in this is pretty low, so buying a few points to adjust it to 40.5.

Chiefs ML and over 44.5 (-108)

Same situation as the Giants. We have the Chiefs to cover, so why not take the boost? Another high-scoring game is expected here.

PLAYER PROPS

(Last Week: 6-10, YTD: 71-71)

Passing

Hammer Play: Aaron Rodgers o237.5

Bounced back last week and looked back in rhythm against a good Cowboys defense. Plus, the Titans’ pass defense is very weak. PFF projects Rodgers at 268.5

Daniel Jones o185.5

Daniel Jones gets a weak Lions’ defense that gets gashed through the air. PFF projects him at 240.7 passing yards.

Marcus Mariota o160.5

They may not pass the ball much on a weekly basis, but the matchup is ripe for Marcus Mariota against the Bears’ secondary. Mariota is projected at 266.1 passing yards.

Rushing

Josh Jacobs o76.5

The Broncos defense is solid but weakened without Bradley Chubb. The Raiders have only won when they fed Jacobs, so Josh McDaniels should get back to that strategy if he wants to keep his job. PFF projects Jacobs at 82.2 rushing yards.

Austin Ekeler o42.5

The Chargers should get Mike Williams back this week, which would lighten the box for Austin Ekeler. Plus, the Chargers do not want to get into yet another shootout with Patrick Mahomes & co. PFF projects Ekeler at 54.2 rushing yards.

Receiving

Allen Lazard o48.5

The Titans are soft in the secondary and Allen Lazard should lead the team in targets on Thursday Night. Christian Watson popped last week and should get some extra defensive attention over the top. Lazard is projected for 66.8 receiving yards.

Davante Adams u85.5
