AMON-RA ST. BROWN OVER 6.5 RECEPTIONS
The Sun God has a chance to break an NFL record this weekend, so of course, I am going to play his over. St. Brown needs eight receptions today to have the most consecutive games of over seven receptions. He’s arguably one of the top receivers in the league and we just witnessed the Vikings getting worked on Monday Night Football by Jalen Hurts. Expect Amon-Ra to record 10+ receptions this week.
AJ BROWN OVER 5.5 RECEPTIONS
AJ Brown blew up in Week 1 but had a more quiet Week 2 against the Vikings, catching only five balls for 69 yards. This week, he gets one of the worst secondaries in the league. Look for Jalen Hurts to pepper his alpha early and often against the Commanders.
JARED GOFF OVER 1.5 TOUCHDOWN PASSES
Am I playing the over here because I might have to bench Justin Herbert in favor of Jared Goff in fantasy? Maybe. But, I think we have a shootout brewing in Minnesota and Goff will be one of the catalysts. He’s been sneaky good through two games, engineering an offense that’s putting up over 30 points per game. Goff will easily hit two touchdown passes in this one.
DAVANTE ADAMS OVER 6.5 RECEPTIONS
Similarly to AJ Brown, Davante Adams had an electric Week 1, recording 141 yards and a touchdown on 10 receptions. He followed that up with a stinker in Week 2, only snagging two receptions for 12 yards and a touchdown. Adams gets a favorable matchup this week against a Titans secondary that got demolished by the Bills. Pencil in Adams for a big game on Sunday.
