TY Hilton Scores Twice in Return versus Bills, Confirming his Low-End WR1 Fantasy Value

TY Hilton has been incredibly consistent in the league's pass-happiest attack, and looked back to full health Sunday

Colts WR TY Hilton may have only caught four balls in his Week 7 return, but made them count. Despite being blanketed by Bills CB Tre’Davious White, the speedster got open inside the 10 twice to rack up 25 yards and two TDs (16.5 FPs). Hilton has now gone over 13.5 FPs in 4 of 5 contests (80%), and is firmly on the low-end WR1, high-end WR2 fantasy radar after yet another strong effort.

Normally a burner at only 5’9″, Hilton’s increased Red Zone usage is extremely encouraging.  During broken plays, Andrew Luck seems to lock in completely on Hilton, and the two seem completely in sync. As Hilton said: “Anytime we’re out there together, it’s special…We’re looking for one another. Whenever we need a play, we come to one another.”

In general, Hilton’s been used far more horizontally than ever before under West Coast aficianado Frank Reich. He’s played well with more run-and-catch opportunities, with a higher weekly floor in an attack that leads the league in pass attempts. Plus, the ceiling will be even higher if Reich decides to get more aggressive and uncork the deep ball a bit more. As a high-end talent in a pass-heavy attack, Hilton’s a quality weekly play even with a tougher Rest of Season schedule.
